Have you downloaded the awards database from Settings>Awards Database? Try that.

Did you click the drop down to see if the list is there, nothing will show until you do because there are many awards applicable to a call sign

I assumed he had looked at the drop-down and it was empty. I know what "assumed" spells!!!! HiHi

He may have assumed that it was empty or that it should auto populate but which award should we populate it with ?

It´s empty for all callsigns and I download the last updates.
The program always work correctly. I assume that has been due to problems arising from the last windows update

In C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\LogOM do you have a file called 'awards_user.xml' or similar?
If not then email me and I will send you an awards file to import
