Lost database

Log4OM no longer shows my log file. I found an SQLite file but when I try to open it, I get a "DB upgrade required" message. How do I do that?

you must have updated a very old version of Log4OM to the new one!
Have you got an ADIF backup of your database?

I updated to the latest from the last in an effort to recover my data base. I do have backups on my home cloud but can't find anyway to do a restore. should I just import one of the backups?
Computer is running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Create a new empty database (File/New Database) - save it where you wish with a name that you will remember like 'KE4YH New'
Now import the latest of the ADIF backups from your cloud storage (File/Import ADIF)
