Did you check the QSO in your log to see if it had a start date and time?

OK I found the reason of the problem. My system language is Turkish (of course). The adif file created by Log4OM contains special Turkish characters. This causes the problem for LoTW and maybe for other databases.
Please consider this bug for updates.

That would do it, LOTW does not accept special characters of any type, not just Turkish
