I go into utility cluster I click on DXFUN but nothing happens no spot DX can you give me the installation parameters

You did DISSCONNECT from the original cluster first then select DXFun from the drop down and lastly click Connect didn't you?

Sounds like your internet connection is poor

My internet connection is very good. Before I used a hard drive and cluster worked but it is HS so I installed a new hard drive and re-installed all my logitiels. Except Log40M cluster that refuses to work I click on the address a box opens and tells me <NOT CONNECTEED>
Everything else works and I pilot my IC 7300 the frequency is displayed well at the top right of the logitiel page.
Can be a problem with <cluster wiev controle.dll> ???
If one can m '(send here this DLL I would install it.

Firewall????

Yep I recon Chuck is correct one of the following

1. Firewall
2. Anti virus or Malware software blocking
3. Not running Log4OM as an administrator
4. Uninstall and re-install Log4OM from a fresh download just in case the original download was correupted
