Need Help After Win10 Reinstall

Hi folks
I've been using LOG4OM for a while and love it.
However.... After reinstalling Windows10 after after a PC upgrade, I can't get Log4OM to connect to either my radio (Yaesu FT-450D), nor to my CQZ.COM log.
I keep trying, and have been following the manual to the letter, but must still be doing something wrong, as I had it working fine before. The PC connects ok with 'HamRadio Deluxe' so I know the com port settings are correct. None of the radio settings have been changed. Omnirig is installed but shows 'rig not responding'.

Any ideas are most welcome;-)

Thanks Terry. The report says to send the log via email but I dont see an address listed?

PS I know Burnham-On-Crouch quite well. Bought our very first boat from a yard there many years ago;-)

The problem was a corrupt Omnirig install a fresh download and re-install fixed it
