Log4OM

I have version 1.30 however in trying to use award manager I do not see any reference to the DXCC award in the award listing. In research I saw where DXCC is hard coded into Log4OM. In the GUI, I see nothing regarding DXCC award or how to open and use it's database.
Admit to being a lightweight user so any hints and help appreciated.
