Missing Continents

I imported my 305 contacts from 160 CW contest (N1MM) into Log4OM.
When I did there was no continents so its messed up my continent awards.
What is proper way to fix this?

did you imported the file using the "update countries in ADIF" option checked?
This should fix missing data related to continents also...

This worked great and watched 5 more videos. I was looking at videos listed on this site. Did not realize there were more on YouTube.
