trying to install the newest 1.31.1 and keep getting a box
unable to execute file and then the address
create process failed code 740
ive updated a version or two in the past and no problems, not sure what this error is telling me

Hi Richard,

sometimes this error occurs if you try to install a program that needs administrator privileges.

Please try to install the setup of V1.31.1 with the option "Run as administrator". Do a mouseover
to the setup file and klick right mousekey to get the options.
