Omnirig does not work always

Hello to all!
I have installed omnirig with admin rights.
Also I installed log4om with admin rights, latest version.
My transciever ( Kenwood TS 590 SG ) is selected in omnirig.
Every other software ( WSJT-X, some SDR programs ) work together with omnirig and the 590.
In those modes log4om works perfect in logginh the qso`s!
When I will use log4om with omnirig eg. in cluster mode , the selcted RIG1 disapears after i clicked to the headphone und no connection will be established.
I changed the time out in omnirig to 100. It does not work.
All my settings for the Kenwood are correctly ( using them in HRD, Kenwood software ) .
My system is WIN 10, the running PC is powerfull.
I would be happy, if somebody knows abouzt this problem and will tell me a solution fo that.
