When I click on the printer icon as the last step before printing, a screen comes up that is blank from Microsoft Edge. No information appears and nothing prints.

I am using Firefox browser and Windows 10.

Hello Everyone especially Terry:

I did as Terry suggested and viewed the YouTube tutorial and the problem was I HAD NOT SET ADOBE READER as my default reader !!!

Once that was done, the labels printed very well.
