FT8 Log entry via WSJT-X no longer working

Hi
Since updating to v 1.33.1.0 I have not been able to automatically log an FT8 QSO made in WSJT-X. I have checked all the settings and everything appears to be aligned with the manual and as set-up previously.
Has this been observed by anybody else and if so have you found a solution?

You should be checking the settings in JTAlert or Gridtracker because it is one of those that logs to Log4OM

Thanks Terry. Yes, I have checked those settings in JTAlertX and everything seems correct.
I don't seem to have found a way to test the connections process without generating dummy QSOs - probably because of my limited knowledge of this area.

Also are you CERTAIN that you installed Log4om to 'run as an administrator ' as in the user guide page 9.?

Hi Terry - I've been away from this problem for a while. Yes, both programs are installed as administrator and all settings appear to be correct. Clearly they are not, and as others are not howling its clearly something local to me
I will get to the bottom of it.
Thanks for your help

Malcolm,
Are you saying that JTAlertX is set to run as administrator? It doesn't need to be, nor does WSJT-X. Could that be the problem?

Do you have TeamViewer so that I can resolve this for you?
