Start Program on Monitor 2

Hi...
Is there a way to start the program and have it appear on monitor 2 of a dual monitor display ? Searched the board here with no results and tried several solutions from the internet, but nothing sticks.

Start LOG4OM, set it on the second display the way you like it, but don't maximize it or make it fullscreen
Quit the program via -> File -> Exit
Next time it will start om monitor 2, works for me. But i agree it could been done beter even now it sometimes reverts to monitor 1

I use a shareware program to bend windows' sizes and positions to my will. It is
http://www.desksoft.com/WindowManager.htm and it has multimonitor support that has just been improved in the new (major) release a few days ago. I love it so much I bought a lifetime licence.
The programmer gives excellent support via email.
Give it a try, you have nowt to lose.

Thanks for the recommendation on the software, Guy. Read a little about it and decided it would work for me. Picked up a copy and now I have to learn how to use it !!
