Questions about Tuner Reminder

I really like this utility and between my tuner and my amp I get a lot of use out of it. I have a couple of questions and I can't fine the utility even mentioned in the help file.

1. Is it possible to edit the "Device" and "Antenna" contents of the dropdown boxes? I have a couple of now-defunct antennas on the list that I'd like to delete from the listing and can't figure out how to do it.

2. Is there a way to keep the box on top so that it's always visible? If not, is there a hotkey combination to call it up rather than going through the UTILITIES/TUNER REMINDER mouse sequence every time?
