Radio Frequency Display - Resolved

I very much enjoy using Log4OM, but recently have had to stop using this software because of an issue I have with the frequency display when connected to my Kenwood TS-590SG. Basically it either never shows up or never tracks frequency changes. Very frustrating. This used to work perfectly on earlier editions a couple of versions back. I have tried everything I can think of and now have to resort to asking the forum. First the details. I have the current version of Log4OM 1.34.0.0 as well as the latest OmniRig. Other programs that use OmniRig work perfectly EVERY time such as DX commander. Ham Radio Deluxe (the old free version) also works perfectly. The comm port settings used between all of the programs is the same. And so ... I keep scratching my head as to why I am having this problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Les W1UT

I purposely asked for the file by email and our web site states this, because the file contains your passwords and it is therefore sensitive to hackers!
I have deleted the file from the forum but notice it had already been downloaded 6 times by persons unknown, your problem if you get hacked!
Now please do exactly as I requested and EMAIL it to me

Neither DX Commander nor HRD 5.0 use Omnirig they have their own CAT control!
Make sure no other software is trying to use your radio CAT control!

Once again Log4OM and Omnirig had not been installed to 'Run as an administrator'
This is detailed on Page 1 of the quick start guide and page 9 of our user guide, both highlighted in bold red, and also in our YouTube Tutorial
