cant upload to lotw

HI
I wonder if someone can help,i dont seem to be able to upload my log to lotw.
fail.txt- (332 Bytes) Downloaded 251 times
i get this report

I`m sure its me but I can upload to eqsl etc so I`m not sure what I`m doing wrong

Seems like something amiss with the Tqsl program, perhaps incorrect station location
Try exporting an ADIF file from Log4om and then use Tqsl stand alone to attempt an upload of the adif file
