I just reinstalled Log4om, with the external log info that I used before. My log will automatically upload to Eqsl, Hrdlog, Clublog and Qth.com, but I don't get the Qth info I used to get for each contact. I've also downloaded all of the country databases. Please, I need help.

When you say that you don't get any QTH info do you refer to the call sign lookup, like you enter the call into the QSO entry field and the lookup does not provide any QTH information?

Correct. That's exactly the problem. No address, name and gird square information.

I found the problem - I had forgotten to setup external sources for QRZ.com.
