Log4om - QO-100 qso - LOTW Problem

Hello FM,
I log my QO-100 qso's like this way, see picture 1 and 2.
When uploading my adif to LOTW, I get error that the frequency 2400 MHZ is out of range ?
What I'm I doing wrong ?

You have a zero missing from frequency, it should be 24000.000 which is 2.4ghz not as you had it 2400.00 which is 2.4 mhz (like halfway between 160m and 80m)

Did you modify the region 1 band plan to include these frequencies as detailed in another thread on this forum?

I modified the file, now my DXCC is not counting anymore.
Pff, I'm getting tired of all this programming

The TX Freq should be 2.400.000.000 and the RX Frequency 10.489.000000, thats working for LOTW.
Now my DXCC is not counting anymore, the AWARD file is updated but not working

, was before.
