Hi Terry,

Have an issue for the selection of the QSO to be printed.
Process I use is here below :

- When I want a contact to be confirmed by a QSL I put QSL Sent field as "required"
- When I want to print my pending labels for the QSL I want to send I go in QSL Management / Label Printing
- Search Parameters / QSL Sent / I chose required and click on the icon then will appear all the QSO I want to confirm
- I check the one I want to print and click on the arrow

This is on the second step I do have an issue, if I check only one QSO on the next page will appear this screen, I don't know why but QRZ is not appearing and I can't do anything.



Not sure if I am doing something wrong

Did you click on the little red buttons, if so what happened?

Also you must have missed something in the first step because there is no call sign showing in step 2

I do select a QSO, I just did a screenshot as well to show you.

In the screen for the first calls (V55V and JT1DA) everything work as normal but for the third one which I want to print TF3IG see below screen where I stick the box and when I go on step 2 it is the screenshot from my first post, no callsign appears.

This happen for approx 80% of the contacts out of 85 contacts



If I click red button nothing happens it is like it is greyed, cannot be clicked

Additional info.
Sent via is showing bureau thus I thought it was the issue but I also have the problem for other QSO which are empty in this field

Ok for those who may have the issue I found the mistake/bug.

If the field "Station Callsign" is filled (mine was filled with HS0ZLE) I cannot print labels.
I did a mass update to my log and removed HS0ZLE from this Station Callsign field which is now empty and this works again...

Pretty sure this is a bug or I do not understand

Btw it is solved and I can now print my labels.

I still have this issue where when I want to print I have on the first page my label and I still have a second page which is blank.
This is quite annoying as before printing any labels I must go in the printer options to select only the first page to print or it will print the normal label + a blank label all the time

Station callsign is a filter we have added to the QSL print system

If you have "IW3HMH/P" "EA3/IW3HMH" and "IW3HMH" you may want to select e.g. 300 QSO to confirm.
In those QSO you may have different station callsigns, because you operated from 3 different places with 3 different calls.

Now, if you have 2 differente QSL types, one with your EA3 holidays and one for everything else, you may want to print ONLY QSL from the EA3 activity.
This is why we added the combo box, based on STATION CALLSIGNS retrieved from LOADED QSO

Thanks to Terry this one is solved.
had to go in the options and then on the "station info" tab and save the config.

It is now working with the station callsign filled with my call HS0ZLE.
