I just noticed the QSL Archive tab under Update QSO. Is this where I can scan and save the station's QSL Card?

No there is no QSL scan facility in Log4OM Version 1

It was intended as a place where to store files related to the QSO, like scan of QSL, audio files and so on, but we never expanded that more than eqsl image downloads due lack of requests
