Error with Omnirig

I have a strange problem with Log4OM / HDSDR / Omnirig:

Win 10 Pro with all available fixes installed, Log4OM 1.40, HDSDR 2.80 beta 11, FT-950.

Log4OM and HDSDR will both work individually but not at the same time. If I start Log4OM first it works, but when I start HDSDR it says that Omnirig is not installed. If I start HDSDR first it works fine, but when I start Log4OM it pops up the Omnirig config window. The settings are all correct so I just click OK. There is no error message but Log4OM is not connected to the radio.

For testing purposes I installed two other programs that use Omnirig; CW Skimmer and Band Master. The story is the same; They all work fine individually and all three work at the same time without a problem. However if Log4OM is already running none of the other programs will connect, and if any of the other programs are already running Log4OM will not connect.

I found the following lines in the log during startup while HDSDR was already running:

2019-11-02 11:21:23.1730 INFO: OmniRigSinkClass: Omnirig status ONLINE for rig 1
2019-11-02 11:21:23.1740 ERROR: *** OmniRigManagement: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ******* [Function: #=qLdfl8pHXY2ZTDhDrEND1OQ==] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at LogOM.BL.OmniRigManagement.#=qLdfl8pHXY2ZTDhDrEND1OQ==(Int32 #=q0b1vLO3j54mrPPC6bhEAEw==)
2019-11-02 11:21:23.3721 INFO: OmniRigManagement: OmniRig Started

It looks like it initially finds Omnirig but then loses it's reference to the object.

Any ideas appreciated.

Because you MUST run all programs to run as an administrator - page 1 of our quick start guide and page 9 of our user guide

This includes OMNIRIG, LOG4OM, HDSDR and all software that is sharing the Omnirig multithreading capability

Thanks for the quick response Terry, and sorry for my oversight.
Will this still be a requirement in V2 ? because all the other programs play nicely together without elevation.

It's a requirement of Omnirig with software not supplied by Alex, that's why bandmaster and CWSkimmer work immediately
