Cat

I have a new Yaesu FTdx5000MT and can't get the cat connected. I'm running a multiport adapter on Com 1. The cat doesn't work on connection hamlb or OMNIrig. I have run the spectrum of comports and baud rates. I have called Yaesu and might as well been yelling at the moon. Does anyone have any suggestions please. Tnx Jim
