i try sometime to upload qsos after choice 3 qsos, window open and i have this msg

where is the prob ? soft search an .adi , how i can fix this prob ?

I was prompted recently for that as well (about a month or so ago). Was related to a update or some-such with TQSL.

Was a one-time event.

Glad it helped. At least it finds the adif file now. Are you saying you are running Log4OM with Administrative privileges ?
