Log4OM

I recently set up two instances of Fldigi - each for a different rig. Only one instance is run at a time. Each instance is working as it should with V2. However, I want to ensure V2 is combining the logbooks from each Fldigi instance. Do I simply use the ADIF monitor but with a link to the fldigi.files\log for each instance?
