Alert don't running in the 2.3.0.0 Version

Good morning. I have updated to version 2.3.0.0. and I noticed that the alert doesn't work. In previous versions it was OK.

same problem here, even into 2.4.0.0 is still not working, what can be the reason??
I see the RED alerts into the cluster screen but no sound.
If i test it into the cluster config screen all seems to be OK
