Still the cluster not updating...

Please use the following cluster to try and replicate the problem:

telnet.reversebeacon.net, port 7001.

Let it run for 10 minutes minimum. See if it updates the spots.

The only way I can get it to work, kind of, is if I use the VE7CC cluster.

This is happening, to the best of my observation, only with high flow spots. In my case it's FT8, where you have thousands of spots per hour.

The probable cause is because log4om waits for a gap in the incoming spot flow to update the display

With extreme high density of spots in RBN there may not be a gap

Try filtering the spots at the RUN server to receive only spots your interested in, that might help
