JTalert error

Post by KD0ZV »

I have helped a friend setup Log4om over 2 meters. I am at a loss as I dont have access to his PC and he is having issues with JTalert/WSJT.

I walked through the settings with him 3 times and he things all are right.

He says he is getting a message logging from WSJT "Log4om version sqlite unable to confirm qso logged." or something to that effect.

He was messing around and went into Log4om settings and saw the SQL lite path and clicked test connection and she says they showed up in log...

Any ideas?

This has come up many times, I assume the QSO was logged to log4om?

There is a setting in JTALERT that allows the user to change how soon that message appears, just make it longer.

There is also a choice to turn the message off in Jtalert

I have found the thread about the timeout and am having him check that.

But no, the QSO is not logged to Log4OM. It was only logged after he clicked the test under settings for database in Log4OM.

Keep in mind I am getting this second hand but I do know it was not logging that QSO.

But I am having him increase the time that you are talking about so JTAlert does not get a false message the QSO was not logged.
