FLDIGI Not keying TX

So, really not sure where I'm going wrong here. I've reviewed the user manual, watched 1/2 dozen or so YouTube videos and still no transmit with FLDIGI.
Here's my setup just for Digital modes and field events.
Windows 10 (1902)
LOG4OM 2.3
WSJT-X (Latest Version - Working)
JS8Call (Latest Version - Working)
FLDIGI 4.1.09
Omni-Rig 1.19
Icom IC-7300
MFJ-933 20M Magloop (Portable)
Hustler 6BTV
LDG AT-100 PRO II
OK, I can update the frequency in FLDIGI by tuning the VFO knob on the radio or clicking left or right within LOG4OM. This is working as I understand in the manual. This is a one way UDP connection. If I use my PTT key assigned in LOG4OM, that keys the PTT as expected.
My only problem is when I use a macro in FLDIGI, whether is just TX or CQ it does not key the transceiver, the tune button doesn't work either, which I've read as a problem as well.
Any idea's I haven't covered? I would like this to work native without using a VSPE "Virtual Serial Port Emulator" but that might be an option as well.
Thank you, In advance. I just downloaded this over the past weekend, and have to say what a wonderful job you and your team has done with this piece of software.
