How do make the RST scroll up and down like it shows on page 26 of the manual ?

HI Ray,
Apologies but that is a very old image, the RST is now a drop down list, it was changed way back when we made the RST lists user definable.

Thanks for spotting this I have now updated the graphic in the user guide
