In the DXCC statistics view, the granted counts of most of my DXCC counts/awards is off ...

I imported the log from V1. In V1 the granted counts show correctly....they contain the granted QSOs
from online LOTW applications plus the granted QSOs from DXCC paper applications w/ mailed in QSLs ... for the paper appliocations I had set the status to "granted" for each QSO (in V1 under in the update QSO window under Awards tab, then selected the "Awards credited" tickboxes).

Looks like V2 doesn't recognize the paper ones that I manually checked in V1?

Did you try a LOTW download which now includes credits

yes, did lotw download multiple times - with range set from 2016-now, which is my whole log. The paper qsl credits do show credited in the lotw website ... but don’t seem to transfer into V2.

Did you check the 'Retrieve credited QSL's in the LOTW Download window? as below

Still not working - re-downloaded all LOTW confirmations 2018-now with the box checked
and then in DXCC award view/maintenance also clicked on rescan award statistics...
Closed program and re-opened ... still same numbers.

Also tried creating a whole new database from scratch, brand new ADIF V3 log import from Log4OM V1.
Then downloaded LOTW 2018-now with the QSL box checked. Same issue. Interestingly it says "0 QSLs found" at the bottom of the import window ....

Added callsign in the download window, didn't help either

Seems like LOTW has no credited cards to report

yet they show in the LOTW online tally ...
not sure ... probably will go back to v1 for the time being; manually exporting the award status for every single DXCC award from V1 doesn't seem straightforward either ...
