The GA, MA, 2A prefix for Scotland is currently resolving to England in the Country Files.

Thought that was resolved?

I thought it was fixed but apparantly not. Check your cluster spots today for GA5CX and you will see them resolve to England.

I take the same stance as the ARRL regarding this.
That is: The ITU/ARRL prefix assignments.
Users can make the adjustments as they see fit.
As far as I'm concerned, I'll not bastardize the country file for this. This is a case of "special event stations" which the country file does not deal with.
I again warn users that LOTW matches for this may present a problem.

Well at least there is some logic to the GA allocation by the UK regulator, unlike the USA and Dependencies who have made a complete mockery of the prefix process.

I will not disagree at all. The country file does not resolve these calls (ex: WP4S living in California) for the reason you broach.
