Notice to users-----2A, GA and MA prefixes

Users should take notice that the UK has for a time period until the end of November 2014 allowed Scotland stations to use the prefixes 2A, MA and GA (normally assigned to England).
The country file has NOT been changed to reflect this as this file strictly follows the ITU assignments.
So, when logging these prefixes, users will need to log them as Scotland manually.
Users should also note that there will be an issue with LOTW regarding these non-standard assignments.
