Cluster Spot not sending

I read and searched the Log4om user guide and followed the instructions. I click the send spot button on the far right of log4om v2 to spot someone, but my spot does not spot on any clusters. I tried the simulator that's suggested in the user manual and it shows my spot simulated on my computer log4om v2 cluster. I tried spotting a few different stations with no luck of them posting on any cluster. What am I missing? I looked in settings but cant seem to find anything wrong. TU

Are you using a cluster that you have an account on with password?

As long as I do that it works.

I also remember reading something about the cluster not refreshing. I just cant find it. I have a few different cluster providers picked in the telnet. It keeps glitching and the times don't match up with spot times and actual real time shown on Log4om v2.

So I decided to try and use a cluster with a password. And it still not upto date. its almost 1 hour behind. Actually all of times are out of wack since there last spot.

I am watching the telnet and the black and orange window. I can see the real time spots, They just are not posting to my cluster. I also tried closing and restarting lg4om v2. Still no luck. The green light is on showing I am connected to the cluster and the cluster server. It just will not update with fresh spots.

FYI - Lee Sawkins (VE7CC) has been working on issues over past couple of days and getting new files sent out to the cluster node operators so they update their downstream clusters.

Not sure of all the issues involved, but do know it was impacting clusters. Lee had his VE7CC cluster up/down a lot over past couple days doing updates.

Also there was a French OM who was spamming clusters all over. Apparently that OM is a well-known trouble-maker.

Thanks for heads up Nolan. It if that was the case of the ve7cc being down why wouldn’t my back up server be picking up the clusters? I also had the w3lpl set as primary. I tried both as the primary and had the same results. Like I said Incan see the live spots on the black and orange server board in real time.
