Log4OM

My LOTW upload has been working flawlessly since I have been using LOG4OM until yesterday (Apr 11, 2020).
Yesterday I loaded the new version of TQSL (V2.5.2). I have my software to do an automatic upload when I shut the program down. I get the following error screen on each upload.

I have tow options when I receive this error:
CANCEL - cancels signing of the file
IGNORE - Ignores error and attempts to sign the file. Program will not close down if I take this option.
Sounds like a TQSL issue, but I have not changed anything.

This has been answered a couple of times on this forum and also on Facebook it's a problem caused by changes made to tqsl
