Shut down?

Should I shut down Log40M program before I try to down load OmniRig? Nothing in manual.
Close Log4om
Install Omnirig
Start Log4om
Go to the options/CAT & cluster tab
Select Omnirig
Click the Save configuration button
Click on the CAT icon on the toolbar (Looks like a headset to the right of the options icon)
Select your rig, comm port and baud rate
Click OK
