I CLICK THE SEND SPOT ICON BUT THE SPOT DOES NOT SHOW IN THE CLUSTER VIEW.
WHAT MUST I DO OR UNDERSTAND TO SEND SPOTS.
CLUSTER VIEW WORKS O.K.

After clicking the icon a small panel should appear with a comment field for you to complete then click to send

BTW sending messages in capitals is considered shouting on social media or saying with great emphasis

Hi Terry. Thanks for your reply. Yes after pressing the icon I do get the pop up.
I have tried pressing the tick also pressing enter. All the same nothing appears in the cluster.
Do I have to register with clusters? If so how?

My apologies for sending in capitals. It was caused by age and bad eye sight. Sorry but it will come to all eventually.

Hi Bob,
Sorry I assumed that you had already registered with a cluster!

Its only necessary to register with one for you to be accepted by all within the cluster group so register with GB7MBC and your OK for all DX Spider clusters

Registration details are shown by the response message from the cluster

Hi again Terry. I did all you suggested. I went to gb7mbc and registered there. register was o.k.
When i tried to use through log4om it connected briefly then disconnected itself. Terry could not explain what was wrong.
I then went to gb7aa and registered there. All was o.k. I could even send a test spot.
I then returned to log4om and tried from there. It said I was not registered. Although both the two sites accepted my registration. On both failing tests the relevant site was selected as primary.
It's just as well I am locked down. It gives me hours of exasperating fun Hi Hi
Any clues as what to try next?

Hi Terry. Sorry I don't have Skype. I think I am destined not to send spots. I will try again tomorrow.
I must away to the kitchen and do my domestics now. I am duty chef ( my wife can burn a boiled egg)

Hi Terry. I downloaded Skype in the early hours today and got it working ???. Though I am clearly no expert user.
I have tried to call you as requested. Unfortunately you were unavailable or more likely I am doing something wrong. I will try again tomorrow

Problem resolved - The user had entered is call sign and password twice in the cluster connections sign in
