the lowest frequency band can be selected in the scroll list is 160m. How to register Long Wave and Medium Wave contacts?

Modify you regional bandplan

How and where can I do that? Sorry, I'm new to LOG4OM. Went through setting but do not se any related.ű

Bandplans are in the configurastion folder. Maybe C://user/your_user_name/AppData/Roaming/Log4OM2.

Easiest way to edit is with Notepad++ which can be downloaded for free.
