Import SOTA CSV problems

I am a new Log4OM v2 (2.5.0.0) user. I have about 400 SOTA QSOs that are in the SOTA database that I would like to load into Log4OM. These QSOs currently are NOT in my Log4OM database. My main reason for this is to include the DX contacts, some of which are unique entities for me. I downloaded all my SOTA QSOs as a CSV file. I am following the process in the manual but it's not working for me. Here's what I am doing and seeing:
- Log4OM "View" tab - select "Award Statistics"
- Award Statistics window: in the Award box, pick SOTA from the drop-down menu
- For Predefined Configuration, select Activator
- Click "Import Data" tab. This opens the Batch Confirmation window, under the Parameters tab.
- select as import file the CSV file I downloaded.
- select "," as field separator.
- check the "File contains header" box.
- click "Preview" button. The preview box displays five lines: the header line, and four lines each with data for one QSO.
- click "Load config" and select the SOTA_IMPORT_CONFIRMATIONS configuration. The attached file WB8ICQ.batch1.JPG shows what I see in the Batch Confirmation window. I note that "YourCallsign" does not appear in the green boxes.

- click Execution tab.
- In The Execution tab, I clicked on the left-hand gear to simulate the import. Every time, the import fails. The attached file WB8ICQ.batch2.JPG shows the window.

I would appreciate some guidance on what I should do differently to make this work. Thanks!

As stated on Page 104 of our user guide it is an import (Merge) - Merge means that imported data is merged with existing data to update it, not add to it

The purpose is to update QSO's that exist in Log4OM from the SOTA file, not add new QSO's - Thats what the error messages mean there is no QSO to 'Match' to.

The best way to add new SOTA QSO's is to use a CSV to ADIF converter, there are several on-line on the internet, and then import the ADIF file as normal.

Make sure the converted file contains all required information.

If you need help then let me know

Topic is about V2 ... thus has been moved to the Log4OM v2 portion of the Forum.
