Hi Daniele!
Hi Mario, unfortunately printing the "standard log form" used in Italy with all required informations is very problematic due to the amount of informations.
I Agree Daniele... ...but:
The only way I think practicable is to let the user free to compose your own report, depending on its needs, approximately as occurs for the labels composition.
This is already partially possible allowing the choice of fields (I think), But also reducing the number of fields in the report, the font size does not change.
Often, the real need to have a printed copy of the log is independent of the real need to have all the information contained, depending on its use.
Sometimes may be preferred only a brief summary... Only for example, I usually check my traffic QSL on a printed report, I know that the program provides many controls for doing the same thing on video, but this match my needs and, at least by my side, the circumstance that the content of some fields may be truncated, is'nt a big trouble...(This is only an example of many)
on the one hand, the requirement to create a personal layout can be a little bit difficult for some user (you can always start from a modifiable layout, presetting default parameters as you think best) , but on the other hand you can offer an extremely powerful tool.
Probably the same result can be obtained more easily adding a direct print function to the log4om postoffice, same as viewed on screen, in addition to the existing export to ADIF and CSV, for the selected records... considering the opportunity to print columns in excess in a following sheet, (like happen with excel or similar datasheet...) rather than reducing the font size trying to include all the information in one sheet only.
I now, is a crap....but at least you let the user free to choose how many fields can be contained in a single sheet, printing horizontal or vertical or how much paper he wants to throw away
Finally, split a qso on two rows seem less interesting (to me).
However, Daniele... I can easily survive the lack of this option...and are still in debt with you for two beer boxes for your very nice job...

So please consider my post only a little "mental masturbation", and don't worry too much.
73, Mario
To the rest of the world: sorry for the abuse of the English language, I'm often reviled for this... I'm just a poor italian nurse and this is the best I can. I hope you can understand me anyway.
(But I promise you a masterpiece the day You will need an enema.
