New User Guide availability message

Hallo Terry,
Thank you for all the time you put into creating and expanding the User Guide.
It would be very nice if users are notified after starting Log4OM if there is a new version of the User Guide. Just like it is now with a new version of Log4OM.
As a user you will only know that there is a new version when you have downloaded it and opened it in the pdf reader.
