PSTRotator No Communication

I have a pc that I use as a server for my pstrotator. I have port 1050 open as a tcp server, and I am able to access this "server" by using pstrotator as a TCP Client (on my radio pc running a flex) calling my Domain name server and port 1050. Works really well. The reason I do this is that my weather station is also on this server computer and if a storm comes in PSTRotator will point my beam into the wind.
I have tried several different configurations, and can not get communications from Log4OM 2 to my rotor via PSTRotator.
Right now I am trying to do all of this on the same LAN as the server.
port 1050 is open on my router

I wonder if you ever got this to work. I've tried to get Log4OM to communicate with my rotor (Com10) and followed the Log4OM manual using the default port but no luck. It works with all other logging control programs so I must be doing something wrong. It also used to work perfectly with Log4OM v1.xx
Suggestions welcome.

You don't select a com port in Log4om just check default ports are set correctly.
I just checked and it works fine

Do you check or fill in any box in the setup screen in Log4OM? Are there any special settings in PSTRotor? It works fine in v1.xx of Log4OM.
tnx for the help!
