Log4OM

Hi Everybody,

I'm new to using Log4OM, but I like it so far. Forgive me if the answer is obvious.

I logged 2 POTA contacts; One seemed to go in easily, but the other park doesn't show up in the award list. I assume I need to update the POTA list somewhere, but I'm not sure where to do that. Is there a magic button to update the POTA list? VE-5083 doesn't show up for me.

If anybody would like to perform a bulk-update of the POTA parks list, I created a python script to update the DB. I'm not a very good programmer, but managed to get this to work for me.

I've posted the script up on my github account at https://github.com/iboje/log4om_potaupdate . The script grabs the latest park list from the pota.us website, then adds missing parks to the Activations.SQLite database if all goes well. If you use this, please back up your .SQLite database in case of issues. I'm also curious if this is useful for people, and if it works too.
