When I used Ham Radio Deluxe I could automatically upload eQSL cards. I can't find any reference in the settings to eQSL. I went to QSL manager in the logbook that didn't help. I couldn't close the box, don't know why.
I'd appreciate some advice

Watch the three YouTube tutorials about confirmations and check the confirmations section of the user guide.
Short answer is you can upload manually or automatically and download from the QSL manager your confirmations which are then automatically marked confirmed and dated in your log
