Hi all,
I search in the forum some help to solve the problem i mentioned in the title, but i was not able to find anything that could help me.
So I open a new topic. Here are the details:

I upload all the new QSO to LOTW when the program is closing and all is working correctly.

I'd like also to update in LOG4OM DataBase the LOTW confirmation info i receive.

In order to do this i have followed the user manual at page 95.

The program stop with this error message:
**** Warning: Username/Password incorrect *****

as you can see from the following image:

The LOTW User info in the setting Tab should be correct (i could upload correctly in LOTW all the QSO's when i close the program...).

Where i'm wrong...?

Thank you for the time you dedicate to helping me.

Upload and download are two different procedures

Upload is done using the tqsl program on your pc, we just activate is by sending an ADIF file

Download is a web download directly from the LOTW web site

The error message says you are using an incorrect user name or password, check that the user name and password in the log4om configuration is exactly the same as the ones you use to log on to the LOTW web site - be certain that the correct character case is used (capital letters etc)

Hi Terry,
thank you very much for your hint.
I've checked the PWD in the configuration Tab and now it works...
I thaught incorrectly that the credentias were not a problem since the upload was working fine..

I have noticed though a strange behaviour.
The option of choosing a range of dates it's grey and it seems not possible to use it..

Is it normal or have i made some error?

Thank you again for your time.

You are correct and I had not noticed that because I never wanted to use it, I will add it to our fix list
