Log4OM

Hello,

Recently, I had to re4install everything on my PC after my Kingston SSD went Kaput... After reinstallation of the Windows 7 and every softwares, I noticed that when I successfully had a contact and a QSO was generated by WSJT-X in FT8, the name of the contact in Log4OM 2 was systematically missing in the database...

Any clues on what I did wrong or what parameter I should try to resolve the problem ?

Roger,

if the enter the callsign of a recent qso in the callsign field of the main Log4OM window, does the name of the owner appear below the callsign? If it does not, then check in Program Configuration, Software Configuration, Info Providers - and make sure you have good login info and passwords entered for your chosen service. And tell us which service is your primary service?
