MySQL Script
I am have problems setting up the Mysql Database is it possible that some one could send me a zipped blank database that I could import into my Mysql database. the tool in not working I believe due to permissions on the MySql side. I would appreciate any help with this request

You might try updating to version 2 of Log4OM
The version 1 part of the forum is not monitored very often so if you have issues with V1 you might have to wait a while for an answer
