Log4OM

This is probably something very simple and is right in front of my eyes but I am baffled.

What does "LOG4OM" stand for?

I understand what "LOG" means which I expect "Logbook" and "4" mean for me and you or the user. However, the "OM" I can not put this into something that I can relate in my head.

I believe there are not stupid questions when someone really does not know the answer.

So I am going out on the ledge by myself on this question.......
