I installed the program the latest version in Windows 10, the Arabic version, and I have this note attached to the image, the note is changing the direction of time .

Log4OM is using your Windows settings for the time. Check your time setup in W10. You may
change it to HH:MM:SS or different in your w10 setup.

I have a problem with tqsl everytime when i try to upload to lotw i
get this message......Unrecognized Answer from TQSL Value is -999
What is wrong??
can someone tell me what i can do to resolve this?

This has been asked just recently. I've put the URL for that post below. The OM who experienced the problem simply rebooted his computer and tried again and all was OK.
You might give that a go.
