Log4OM

Hi and thanks for providing a support forum for Log4OM.

I have downloaded the install zip file but, when I try to extract it, Windows says the zip is invalid. I am running Windows 8.1, but have tried that same thing on Windows 7 with the same result.

Any idea why this is happening, please?

Have you tried to download it again ???? Maybe a download mistake

Thanks for the suggestion. I have downloaded it three times, now. Twice on my Windows 8.1 machine and once on my Windows 7 machine.

The downloads were all very slow, maybe that is the problem?

You'll not be able to extract the zip file if it is not fully downloaded.

That could be the problem.... If the download is slow and connection not stable the zip would not be downloaded completely. Think it would be better to try download with a download manager software. Programs like this can handle broken dowloads much better ..... I use this one: http://www.chip.de/downloads/Free-Downl ... 15094.html

That was the problem, for the file size when downloaded is only 886 KB, when on the web site, it shows as 21.2 MB.

I have downloaded it again and now I can extract it.
