LOTW and award status does not match

I uploaded my LOTW contacts to Log4OM. When I look at award status it shows that I have 60 countries confirmed for DXCC. LOTW says I have 66 countries. I know I'm doing something wrong- any suggestions are appreciated.

I downloaded an adi of all my qsos from LOTW. Then I imported into LOG4OM.

Did the QSO's downloaded already exist in the Log4OM Logbook? or was it an empty logbook?
Providing the QSO's are already in your logbook you should be using the Log4OM QSL manager to download from LOTW, this will update the confirmation status of the existing QSO's
