Upload to External Services

Hello,
I am using Log4OM since a couple of weeks and try to get me familiar with this program.
At the moment I have the automatic upload to external services enabled but experience sometimes the logged qso's from WSJT-x need some correction or are logged twice. The time you can break-in before it is send is very short and more correction or deletion is possible.
For LOTW, I see you can upload when closing the program. Is this somehow possible with eQSL, HRDLOG, Clublog etc?
